Pregnancy Information Session/Prenatal Care Session

Pregnancy Information Session

Are you trying to get pregnant and/or newly pregnant and not sure where to start? Spend one to two hours asking questions and receiving information to help you plan for a healthy conception and pregnancy. Information provided may include suggested supplements for healthy pregnancy, what the difference is between care providers, whether to take childbirth education classes and where to find them, and much more. Sessions are tailored to fit your needs, as information provided is based on questions you ask!

Pregnancy Information sessions can be booked for 1 or 2 hours. These sessions can be in-person or remote, using FaceTime or Zoom.

Prenatal Care Session

If you are already pregnant and would like to receive midwifery model of prenatal care, education, and support throughout your pregnancy, Prenatal Care sessions can be a great complement to what you are receiving through your OB or hospital-based midwife. During these sessions, we will spend about 45 minutes discussing any changes, concerns, or questions you have and then about 15 minutes palpating your belly for Baby's position and listening to fetal heart tones.

Prenatal Care sessions are scheduled as needed throughout your pregnancy. These sessions can be in-person or remote, using FaceTime or Zoom. If sessions are remote, we will not palpate for Baby’s position or listen to fetal heart tones.

Please Note: Just as with any other healthcare provider, we are unable to provide you with advice via phone or email unless you first establish care. Establishing care consists of filling out intake paperwork and coming in for an initial appointment.
