Returns Policy
Please note that the tubing and valve disk included in your Hazelbaker™ FingerFeeder package are both very fragile. HANDLE WITH CARE. Mishandling of these two items can result in tears and holes. We will not replace Hazelbaker™ FingerFeeders damaged due to mishandling.

Packaged, undamaged Hazelbaker™ FingerFeeders can be returned within 30 days for a full refund if you purchased directly from us. After this date, we cannot accept returned items. We cannot accept opened items due to possible contamination. You are responsible for shipping and handling of items being returned to us. If you purchased your Hazelbaker™ FingerFeeder from a retailer, please contact that retailer for their returns policy.
For returns of damaged Hazelbaker™ FingerFeeders, there is a 60 day return window from date of purchase. If you have an issue with your product, please contact Aidan and Éva, LLC directly and provide as much information as possible about how the damage occurred and from whom you purchased the item. Product must be returned to us for inspection of the damage. A replacement product will not be issued until after this inspection has been completed and we have determined that it was not damaged due to mishandling. We will NOT replace Hazelbaker™ FingerFeeders that have been damaged due to mishandling. If the product has been damaged due to mishandling, we will provide you the option of purchasing a replacement of the damaged part (rather than the entire kit). If it is a product defect, you will receive a replacement at no charge. You are responsible for shipping and handling of items being returned to us. If we determine that the item is defective and we ship out a replacement, we will be responsible for shipping costs of replacements. Purchased replacement parts will incur a shipping charge.
If you purchased the Hazelbaker™ FingerFeeder from a third-party retailer (i.e. Amazon, EBay, etc.), Aidan & Éva, LLC is not responsible for damaged or defective products because we do not know how or where they were originally purchased and cannot verify when the damage occurred. Aidan & Éva, LLC will not replace damaged or defective products purchased through a third-party retailer due to our inability to determine when the damage or defect occurred. Please contact the seller on such websites if you have an issue with the Hazelbaker™ FingerFeeder.
